1. Overview
Nifty Nest helps users collect, organize, and showcase their NFTs. It is currently integrated into the Cardano blockchain.
2. Eligibility
Users must be 18 years or older to use the Nifty Nest platform.
3. Account Access via Discord
Login is via Discord from which we access your username and avatar. Private discord messages and passwords are not accessed. Account security is your responsibility.
4. Wallet Addresses
Public wallet addresses are used to access your NFTs. Private keys and seed phrases are never accessed. Users retain full control of their NFTs.
5. Nifty Nest Tokens and Access
A wallet with up to 250 NFTs can be managed for free. Each token allows management of an additional 250 NFTs within the wallet it resides. Tokens are valid for one year from the date they are minted.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Nifty Nest responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You must not use the platform, website, or associated services in any way that could harm Nifty Nest, other users, or the wider Cardano and NFT community. In particular, you agree that you will not:
- Break the law or infringe rights:
- Use Nifty Nest for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity.
- Violate intellectual property rights, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Disrupt or harm the service:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or data.
- Interfere with the normal operation of Nifty Nest, including through denial-of-service attacks, bots, or automated scraping.
- Upload or distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
- Misuse wallet or blockchain access:
- Use Nifty Nest to misrepresent ownership of NFTs or manipulate blockchain data.
- Harass or exploit others:
- Engage in behavior that is abusive, discriminatory, threatening, or harassing toward any user, team member, or community participant.
- Use Nifty Nest to share obscene, hateful, or harmful material.
- Misrepresent or manipulate content:
- Impersonate any individual, brand, or entity.
- Use Nifty Nest to mislead others about NFT authenticity, origin, or ownership.
- Commercial misuse:
- Use the service to promote scams, phishing, or unverified NFT projects.
We reserve the right to monitor platform use, investigate suspected violations, and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, removal of content, or cooperation with relevant authorities if required.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and code are owned by Nifty Nest. Users retain full ownership of their NFTs.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Nifty Nest is provided "as is." No guarantees on uninterrupted service or error-free operation are given.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nifty Nest is not liable for any damages, including loss of NFTs or access.

Any updates to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued use indicates acceptance of the latest terms.
